Following is my “story” with regards to Intervest Global Live (Cheetah). I sincerely hope that it is of benefit to others that are either operating the program or contemplating purchasing the product. I have read the stories of other users and completely agree with their thoughts.
I FIRST CAME ACROSS THE PROGRAM AND THE COMPANY, known as Cheetah Software IN 1999. I had been a “punter” and profitable since the early ’70. During those years I studied FORM which included Tracks, Jockeys, Horses, and Trainers and just about everything else you could think of just to make bets on a Saturday. I had looked at hundreds (yes 100’s) of systems and programs, purchasing quite a few. I still have a library of systems.
After reading your company’s advert in the business section of the South Australian paper THE ADVERTISER, I rang to find out what business opportunity was. Needless to say I was NOT impressed with the two “NO-NO’s” regarding horse racing. 1. Gold Coast based and 2. A computer program on horse racing. At the time a lot of bad publicity was circulating. However when I was told that I could meet a current client of the company AND see a LIVE demo. I thought okay I will prove your company wrong.
I met Don (& later Sandy) at his home. Don was great; he was not hard-sell and explained why he bought the program. He gave me a live demo, keeping in mind that I intended to prove your company wrong. We studied the entire afternoon’s racing made 6 “paper” bets and won 4. I immediately saw the potential of the program and with all my racing knowledge knew I was capable of making good money. I BOUGHT THE PROGRAM THAT DAY.
I started within a week (back then my only training was flying up to your office for a day and throwing a few ideas around).
Initially my biggest mistake was thinking that I could use my “experience” to improve the program. I wouldn’t pick the same runners as the program as I thought no way could that horse win, etc.
My first three months were hectic, the old swings and roundabouts concept. I eventually changed my approach and relied on the program. The rest is history as they say.
I must say that the support and friendliness from the staff over all the years has been great. One of the most outstanding assets of this program has been all the updates which are free and interaction between the company and me (clients). I had my own business at the time, which was doing quite well and my concept was to just make a weekly profit to improve the life of my family with longer holidays, upgrade the car on a more regular basis, etc. But the program proved to be so good that soon I was making more with the program than with my work.
For the past three and a half years I have trained some one to “operate” the program for me. My first “operator” was a friend of the family, who was going to University and was looking for a part-time income. Now I have some one that works the program six days a week. I keep my hand in when able.
Obviously there have been times when things haven’t gone according to plans, like the upheaval when TAB was sold and their program was not operating properly, however through the entire period IGL was always in contact and kept me informed of the events. The problem was solved and profits are again being made.
I sold my business interests and have moved into property investments. I now have a passive income from the program. Over the years I have spoken to and tried to assist other people that have purchased the program. I know that the program, with the support team is capable of giving people the financial freedom they seek. I am not saying that the program will make millionaires of everyone, but it will give opportunities to expand from their existing lifestyles.
